High Street Agency
Robertson Brown has extensive experience in regional High Street agency projects and is currently involved in a vast range of instructions, just a few examples of these include, High Street Parade, Harborne, Coventry Road, Sheldon, High Street Parade, Erdington, High Street, Bromsgrove, Commercial Street, Hereford, Broad Street, Worcester, High Street, Stourbridge and Lichfield Street, Walsall.
Retailer
The team has vast and often direct relationships to retailers, from local and regionally based operators up to national high street names and global brands. Recent dealings with national retailers include such names as Orange, Holland and Barrett, Burger King, The Money Shop, Sainsbury’s, Caffé Nero, FX Currency and Interflora and similarly with regional retailers such as Hype Clothing, Rex Johnson & Sons, Jeff Bains and Blue Star. As well as working closely with many local retailers, Robertson Brown has recently secured the Firkins Bakery acquisition work throughout the UK acting as their sole retained retail agent.
Leisure
The team has a strong knowledge of the current leisure market and has an extensive network of leisure operators and agents throughout the UK. Currently, the finest example of Robertson Brown’s exposure in the leisure market is a prominent 30,000 sq ft retail leisure unit on Broad Street in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. Other examples include The Breakfast Club on Broad Street, Birmingham, Red Bar and Lounge on Temple Street, Birmingham and Platform 13 Public House on Station Street, Birmingham.
Out of Town
The team has secured the sole agency work at The Waterside Centre on Birmingham Business Park, with the exclusive remit of introducing and maintaining a new retail and leisure offering to enhance the Business Park’s ever growing success. The most recent addition to the park is Lifestyle Express, an established convenience store operator opening April 2010.
Investment
